Yes. The nightly price covers the final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water, electricity, heating and Wi-Fi. The only separate charge is the municipal tourist tax of €0.90 per person per night — for twelve guests that is €10.80 a night, paid in cash on arrival.
Four nights outside the season. From June to August, seven nights, Saturday to Saturday.

There are a couple of exercise machines on the ground floor. It is not a fitness centre — more a chance to work out between trips.

In the village, about 550 metres from the house, there is Sport Řezáč (pujcovna-frymburk.cz): ordinary bikes and e-bikes, child trailers, scooters, and skis, cross-country skis and skates in winter. It sits right on the lakeside cycle path.

Lake Lipno is one of the best known fishing waters in the Czech Republic. You need a fishing licence and a permit. Josef will tell you where to get both nearby and what applies at the moment: +420 774 118 448 — do write to him before you travel so you arrive with the paperwork done.
The cycle path runs around the whole of Lake Lipno and the ferry across the lake is 750 metres from the house. Aquaworld Lipno and Marina Lipno are about 5 km away. Vítkův Hrádek castle and the walk along the Schwarzenberg Canal are both worth a day.
